Referrals

We accept referrals from most referral agencies. If you are opting for self referral we can direct you on how to go about this.

To discuss a specific referral or to make a general enquiry, please contact us on 0734 1576 839 or email us on admin@parissecare.co.uk  Alternatively you may complete the referral enquiry form. During the referral process, we will conduct referral assessment and placement visit, to inform care or support plan and costing.
